2. Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. The Reformer masks ship to all fifty US states. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout.
3. Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. The Reformer masks ship across all Canadian provinces and territories. Toronto-area orders frequently arrive in 1 to 2 business days.
4. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is published in full at /policies/refund-policy. For hygiene reasons, opened sachets cannot be returned, but unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Contact support@face-pilates.com for any issue with your order.
5. How long does shipping take?
Canadian orders typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. US orders typically arrive in 4 to 8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
6. Is there a subscription option?
If a subscription option is available for the Reformer Face Mask or Reformer Eye Mask, it will appear directly on the product page. Subscribers typically save on each refill and lock in their preferred cadence.
7. Are there discounts for buying both masks together?
