What partners ask first.
Who qualifies for the program?
Creators with 10,000 or more followers on Instagram or TikTok qualify for the creator tiers. Spa and wellness professionals — estheticians, massage therapists, facialists, cosmetic nurses — can apply through the professional pathway regardless of audience size.
How are my sales tracked?
You receive a unique vanity code that gives your audience 10% off. Every order placed with your code is credited to you automatically at your tier's commission rate — there is nothing to log or report.
What is in the welcome kit?
The Reformer collection to create with — the biocellulose Face Mask powered by NAD+, NMN, and creatine, and the hydrogel Under-Eye Mask powered by SYN-AKE peptide and buffered retinol — along with brand assets, study data, and claims-safe talking points for your content.
What content am I expected to create?
Each tier has a monthly deliverables cadence, from three to five posts. The voice and creative are yours; our brand guidelines cover accuracy and aesthetics, and disclosure of the partnership in your content is required, as advertising standards expect.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are reconciled monthly against the orders tracked to your code. Payment method and timing are confirmed in your ambassador agreement at acceptance.
Do I sign an agreement?
Yes. Accepted partners sign the Face Pilates ambassador agreement, which sets out the deliverables, content and disclosure guidelines, your code, and how commissions are calculated and paid — written in plain language with notes explaining each section.
