Face Pilates was founded by Thom Tullo, a Registered Massage Therapist trained at Sutherland Chan, and the founder of Toronto's AMAN Spa. He built his expertise across two very different worlds — clinical recovery clinics on one side, and high-end luxury spas on the other — developing a rare dual perspective: therapeutic precision paired with elevated client experience.
After years of hands-on work at the spa, Thom kept hearing the same quiet question from clients who could afford anything: why doesn’t any of this actually last? He spent eight months building an answer. The result was the Face Pilates treatment — a 75-minute, 8-step protocol that activates all 43 muscles of the face. Then, when no mask on the market could carry the treatment home, he spent another year working with a cosmetic chemist to build masks that could.
This is a brand built by a person, for a specific reason, with a clearly defined point of view. That is not common in luxury skin care anymore.
The Science
Beautiful skin is an energy problem.

What is Face Pilates?
Two things: a 75-minute, 8-step, in-spa treatment offered at AMAN Spa in Toronto that activates all 43 facial muscles through fascial stretch therapy, lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, microcurrent, and cryotherapy — and a skincare brand of performance masks designed to bring the philosophy of the treatment home. The treatment was developed first; the masks came out of the treatment.
How is this different from other premium skincare?
Most masks deliver actives to the surface of the skin. The Reformer Collection delivers actives and the cellular energy your skin needs to use them. The Face Mask is built around NAD+, NMN, and creatine — the molecules that fuel your skin cells' energy production. The Eye Mask is built around SYN-AKE peptide, retinol, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide — specifically chosen for the structural realities of the thinnest skin on your body. Each formula is engineered to support what your skin is already trying to do, rather than mask what it cannot.
How quickly will I see results?
Many participants reported noticeable hydration and radiance within the first week. Can I use both masks together?
Yes — the technique is called double masking. Place the hydrogel Eye Masks under each eye first, then layer the biocellulose Face Mask over the top so it sits flush around them. Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Both formulas were deliberately built to deliver clinically meaningful actives while pairing them with calming, barrier-supportive ingredients. The Face Mask uses Ectoin, Centella Asiatica, Aloe Vera, and Panthenol. The Eye Mask uses Allantoin, Aloe Vera, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Matrine, and Macadamia Oil to buffer the retinol it contains. For very reactive skin, broken skin, or active dermatological conditions, consult your dermatologist before introducing any new product.
Are the products cruelty-free? Where are they made?
Yes — cruelty-free, formulated in Canada by parent company Noor Cosmetics Ltd., and free of the fillers commonly found in mass-market sheet masks. The complete INCI list for each product is published on its respective product page and in the brand’s ingredient glossary.
Can I also book the in-spa treatment?
Yes. Face Pilates is offered at AMAN Spa, 47 Colborne Street, Toronto. The treatment is a 75-minute, 8-step session and is bookable through the spa’s online booking system. Note that the treatment cannot be performed within seven days of Botox or fourteen days of filler.
