All sales are final and we will not provide a refund or exchange of any items or services after purchase for any reason.

Despite the foregoing, we offer a refund or exchange of Face Pilates products purchased from our website ONLY when (1) the return or exchange is initiated within 30 days of purchase, and (2) the product is returned to us unopened and in re-sellable condition. Due to legal limitations, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.

Once shipped, all materials and products are at risk of the purchaser.

You buy the Products and Services in your local currency and at a price that may, if indicated, includes any applicable sales taxes (such as Value Added Tax), plus international delivery costs and fees (“Delivery Costs") and, if available for pre-payment, any import duties, tariffs and similar fees that may be imposed by the delivery destination ("Import Charges"). If we don't expressly provide that taxes, duties, or other Import Charges are included, you will be liable for these.

Without advanced notice and from time to time and in select territories, Delivery Costs and/or Import Charges could be covered, partially or fully. The Website will provide details about such offers before completing and placing the Order.

You acknowledge and agree that we or one of our third-party fulfilment services providers acting on our behalf, including the retailer (each a "Fulfilment Provider") may handle the delivery and fulfilment of your Order, and that we have the sole discretion as to the Fulfilment Provider we may choose to use.

Not all Merchandise can be delivered anywhere (due to limitations imposed on the Products or Services or by the destination) but the Checkout will not permit you to submit your Order if the Product or Services cannot be delivered to your specified address.

Delivery will be complete when the Products or Services will be delivered to the address which you specify when ordering (that may include the port of entrance to the destination as specified on the Checkout, in case you have selected not to pre-pay customs duties).

Different parts of your order may be delivered on different dates. Unless otherwise stated, and subject to applicable laws, delivery dates given on Checkout (or on the webstore) are estimates only. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances (pre-order for example). Delivery timeframes are affected by your delivery address and the delivery method selected. We are unable to specify an exact delivery date and time.

We have no liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and we could not have taken reasonable steps to deal with the delay. For example, delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or other actions of relevant authorities are generally outside our control, or delays resulting directly from your actions or omissions.

If you receive notification of an unsuccessful attempted delivery, it is your responsibility to use the details provided to contact the delivery company to arrange re-delivery. If you have selected a delivery method that does not require a delivery to be signed for and nobody is available to receive the Products or Services, we reserve the right to leave them at the doorstep, hall or reception as available.

What we do with your information

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We currently only ship to Canada and the USA. All orders are subject to local customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties.

Shipping rates depend on your location and the type of service you select. We offer free standard shipping to Canada and the USA for order of $100 in local currency. Expedited shipping rates and delivery standards are automatically detriment by the software and shop for the beset available rate at the time.

All our orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

All orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time will be shipped same business day. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time will be shipped on the next business day.

Very busy sales periods may causes delays in shipping and delivery. When a dispatch date has been listed for a product, the date is estimated and can vary from time to time based on unforeseen circumstances.

Should we unexpectedly have larger order volumes, the processing time may be delayed.

Please contact Customer Service for exact timeframes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your parcel.

In case your order is delayed, please reach out to us at finance@face-pilates.com as soon as possible and we will go above and beyond to assist you with all the information you need.

If you believe your package is missing, lost or are unable to locate it after being marked as delivered, please contact the associated carrier (utilized for the delivery of your order) for assistance or to file a claim.

Noor Cosmetics Ltd. and Face Pilates are not be held responsible for missing, lost, stolen packages or damages done after the package is delivered.

Noor Cosmetics Ltd. and Face Pilates are not responsible for the safety of the packages after the delivery process has been completed by local carriers.

Please contact us at finance@face-pilates.com as soon as possible, with your order number, if you would like to cancel or modify your order.

We usually process orders as soon as we receive them, but we’ll try our best to fulfill your request. However, we may not be able to accomodate a modification or cancellation of the order.

(b) Enter your email and password to access your account.

 2. Go to "My Orders"

(a)  Once logged in, click on your profile icon or name in the top right corner.

(b) Select "My Orders" from the dropdown menu.

 3. Find your order

(a) All your recent orders will be listed here. Find the order you want to track.

 4. Track your order

(a) Click on the specific order to view its details.

(b) You’ll see a tracking number and a link that will take you to the courier’s website for updates on your delivery status.

If you checked out as a guest, you can still track your order! Simply check your order confirmation email, where you'll find the tracking link and number.

We advise you to please reroute your package through the carrier’s tracking page once shipped, usually in 1-2 business days after an order is submitted.

Reroute options are only available online and not by calling the shipping company directly.

For any order with an incorrect address, we recommend checking your tracking information daily using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order.

If you need to return a product, a valid reason must be provided and you may return the product(s) at your own cost. We will give you a full refund* providing the goods are returned to us within 30 days after receiving your purchase and the product is in unopened and in good and saleable condition.

Please note that we do not cover the costs of the product return. This cost is covered by the person who returns the products, not by the company.

*T&Cs might apply. Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used in the original order.

Used products cannot be accepted. You will not receive a refund in cases where the product has been opened or used. This also applies to a product that has been damaged after you have received it. Returns that exceed the 30 day guarantee period cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns from orders placed via a reseller. Please see our article on "How to return" for further information on the process of returning the product(s).

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at finance@face-pilates.com. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.

If you have purchased our products from one of our authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return or exchange information. We cannot accept returns or exchanges where we didn't make the sale through our website.

Please be reminded that we will not process returns if the 30-day period based on our Returns Policy has passed. During the 30-day period we retain the option to analyze the return and may or may not issue a refund or allow an exchange.

Step 1: Before returning a product, kindly email finance@face-pilates.com to get in touch with our Customer Service (If you return a product without informing us, it may result in us being unable to process your return).

In your email:

(a) please indicate the order number.
(b) please identify the resolution you are seeking;
(c) please mention the reason for return and include the information for the product(s) you wish to return in the below format per each item:

Step 2: Our Customer Service team will then provide you with a Return Form containing the necessary return address. Please print out the Return Form and enclose it within the return parcel alongside the product(s), in their original packaging (placed within a box of your preference).

Step 3: Mail the package(s) and respond to Customer Service with the tracking details.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs and the safe return of the merchandise, but you can select the carrier that works best for you.

Step 4: Most returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed. A refund or exchange product will be processed after this period.

Please note that shipping costs for returned items are to be borne entirely by the customer and will not be refunded.

If returning item(s) causes your order total to drop below the minimum for free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

If you received a free gift with your order during a promotional offer and want to return your products, please return the free gift(s) as well. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your return. Both the product and the gift(s) must be unopened and in resealable condition or we won't be able to process your return.
