Who runs the program. The Face Pilates text messaging program (the “Program”) is operated by Noor Cosmetics Ltd., carrying on business as Face Pilates (“Face Pilates”, “we”, “us”), 47 Colborne Street, Suite 100A, Toronto, Ontario M5E 1E3, hello@face-pilates.com.
Your consent. When you enter your mobile number in a Face Pilates sign-up form and submit it, or text our sign-up keyword to +1 (855) 591-9441, you give us your express consent to send recurring marketing text messages to that number, such as offers, product news and cart reminders. Messages may be sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often. Message frequency varies.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to stop. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have unsubscribed, and no further marketing texts. You can also withdraw your consent by emailing hello@face-pilates.com. We give effect to every withdrawal without delay, and in any event within 10 business days.

Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and messages may not be delivered on every carrier or device.
Your information. We handle your mobile number and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
