Cancellation policy

  1. Who we are. Subscriptions are offered by Noor Cosmetics Ltd., carrying on business as Face Pilates, 47 Colborne Street, Suite 100A, Toronto, Ontario M5E 1E3, hello@face-pilates.com.

  2. What you agree to. When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically and to send you the product at the frequency you chose, until you cancel. Subscriptions are currently available for the Reformer Face Mask and the Reformer Under-Eye Mask.

  3. Frequency and price. You can subscribe for delivery every month, at 15% off the regular price, or every two months, at 10% off the regular price. Applicable taxes are added. Shipping is free on every subscription order. Your subscription price, delivery frequency and first charge are shown at checkout before you confirm.

  4. Billing. Your first order is charged at checkout. Each later order is charged to your saved payment method on its scheduled billing date and shipped after payment. Before each renewal is charged, we will email you a reminder showing the amount and a link to manage your subscription. You will also receive an email confirmation for every order.

  5. Managing your subscription. You can skip a delivery, pause, resume or cancel your subscription, and update your payment method or shipping address, at any time. To do so, sign in to your account at face-pilates.com or email hello@face-pilates.com.

  6. Cancelling. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before its billing date. An order that has already been charged will be shipped and is covered by our Refund Policy.

  7. Price changes. If the regular price of a product you subscribe to changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before then.

  8. Failed payments. If a payment does not go through, we will try again and let you know by email. If it still cannot be processed, we may pause or cancel your subscription.

  9. Returns and refunds. Our Refund Policy applies to subscription orders.

  10. Changes to this policy. If we make a change that affects active subscriptions, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
