General questions about face and eye masks
The fundamentals: how face masks and eye masks work, how often to use them, what to look for, and what to skip. These are the questions most often asked before a first purchase.
About biocellulose (the Reformer Face Mask)
The substrate behind the Reformer Face Mask. Biocellulose is the highest-performing sheet-mask material in clinical use, and the reason the Face Mask delivers a measurably deeper hydration session than cotton sheet masks.
About hydrogel (the Reformer Eye Mask)
The substrate behind the Reformer Eye Mask. Hydrogel is the right material for the eye area because it cools, contours and depuffs in a way biocellulose cannot.
Ingredients and safety
What to look for, what to avoid, and how the Reformer masks fit alongside the rest of your routine. Both Reformer masks are fragrance-free, alcohol-free and free of acids and high-dose retinoids.
Specific skin concerns
Match the mask to the concern. From dehydration and dullness through to rosacea-prone skin and menopausal water loss, these are the most-asked questions by concern.
Use after professional treatments
The Reformer masks were built to be safe to apply the moment a client sits up from a clinical treatment. These are the most-asked questions about post-treatment compatibility.
