Always use with a facial oil or serum. Never use on dry skin, and never on broken skin. Light pressure only — this is not meant to hurt.

How the routine fits together
Cleanse, then use the Lymphatix Face Cup for two minutes to move fluid and warm the tissue. Follow with the Face Sculpt gua sha along the jaw, cheekbones and brow. Apply the Reformer Face Mask for 20 minutes, twice a week, and the Reformer Under-Eye Mask for 15 minutes whenever you need it, before an event or after a short night. Use both tools with a facial oil or serum, never on dry skin, and with light pressure only.
