Ultimate Workout Bundle

The Ultimate Workout Bundle is the whole Face Pilates routine in one box: a Reformer Face Mask box of five, a Reformer Under-Eye Mask box of eight pairs, the Face Sculpt stainless steel gua sha, the Lymphatix Face Cup and the Training Bag to keep them together. How the routine fits together
Cleanse, then use the Lymphatix Face Cup for two minutes to move fluid and warm the tissue. Follow with the Face Sculpt gua sha along the jaw, cheekbones and brow. Apply the Reformer Face Mask for 15 to 20 minutes, two to three times a week, and the Reformer Under-Eye Mask for 15 to 20 minutes, one to three times a week, such as before an event or after a short night. Both masks were tested in independent self-reported consumer studies; the full method and results are on the Independent Studies page. Use both tools with a facial oil or serum, never on dry skin, and with light pressure only.
